Working Student Legal CCM/ Contract Management (m/f/d)

Optimization: You support our Legal – Commercial Contract Management team and actively promote the optimization of our contract processes Support: You process enquiries on contractual issues and develop a well-founded expertise Contracts: You create contracts with existing contractual templates and tax the entire process up to the conclusion of the contract including digital signature process Expertise: You are consulting the sales team in case of questions about existing contracts or contracts currently under negotiation, and you are asking for a smooth flow of information Coordination: You coordinate the coordination of contract-relevant documents with the stakeholders concerned and safely transfer them to the finalization process Transformation: You accompany the team's digital transformation and actively support us in the automation and scaling of contract management issues

You are currently intangible in the field of economic law, economics, business management or a comparable degree course You are safe in dealing with spreadsheets and presentation tools and have an affinity for digital tools. First experiences with contract law, data protection or compliance are of advantage, but no need. You convince by communication strength and the ability to convey complex facts precisely. A self-responsible, structured way of working as well as a pronounced organizational capability are yours
