Microsoft & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d) Full time Hybrid 88276 Berg, Germany With professional experience 17.04.26 The IT Infrastructure and Application Platform Services team is responsible for the operation and further development of our company's central IT landscape. From Active Directory and Entra ID to Microsoft 365 to hybrid cloud scenarios. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality that actively shapes this environment, takes responsibility and develops existing solutions. In addition to operating, the position offers the opportunity to contribute to the further development of our identity and cloud architecture and to promote issues such as security, automation and integration into the existing infrastructure. Your duties You continue to operate and develop Active Directory and Entra ID. You manage and optimize Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams and Conditional Access. You contribute to the further development of our Azure and Hybrid Cloud environment. You implement security measures and develop them, such as policies and hardening. You analyze and optimize existing structures and processes. You integrate cloud and on-premises systems. You work with internal teams and external partners.

Your profile You have a completed training in the IT field, a technical degree, a study or comparable practical experience. You have experience in the Microsoft environment with Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Azure or comparable cloud technologies is advantageous. You have a basic understanding of identity and security concepts. First experience in dealing with Linux systems and virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware are desirable. Experience in hybrid infrastructures (on-premises / cloud) is advantageous. You work structured and solution-oriented. You are interested in developing topics and introducing new approaches.
