Production and processing of dummy parts and assemblies Preparation, operation and monitoring of manufacturing processes Handling of moulds (molds) and tools in partly warm production areas Moving, positioning and retrofitting of molds and components Implementation of quality and visual inspections Support in optimizing production processes Compliance with quality, safety and cleanliness standards

Craft skills and technical understanding Joy of practical work, a hand-on mentality and willingness to pack with Careful, reliable and team-oriented working Willingness to act flexibly in changing tasks, to remember and also to take dirty hands into account Technical or craftsmanship is advantageous, but no requirement.
