Support of the existing customer base in the assigned sales area incl. telephone customer advice Support for external services in the preparation and follow-up of customer visits Customer research, appointment planning for the field service Implementation of sales and customer mailings including documentation and follow-up Creating and recapturing calculations Support for annual pricing, database maintenance in the CRM system, documentation production and maintenance, and complaint processing Creating Presentations

Completed commercial logistic training or comparable completion Experience in sales services or similar positions (e.g. field service, project management) Excellent communication skills (German C2, English or Polish of advantage) Very good knowledge in analyzing customer data and creating complex offers Team skills and experience in cross-departmental cooperation High customer orientation and very good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with CRM systems

Safe workplace with permanent employment contract Working hours from Monday to Friday at a 39-hour week with minute time recording
