Occupational Safety and Health Specialist (m/f/d)

Ensure safety: You advise the management, location management and executives in all matters relating to the protection of workers, the prevention of accidents and the human work design according to § 6 ASiG. Maintain locations: You carry out regular visits to our training facilities, computer rooms and workshops, document deficiencies and propose effective measures. Risk assessment: You support the departments in the preparation and updating of risk assessments. Prevention & Training: You design safety instructions and perform these for employees and participants (also in craft/technical fields). Network work: You work closely with industrial physicians, the professional association, the accident insurance companies and the internal safety officers and guide the occupational safety committee meetings (ASA). Fire protection and evacuation exercises as well as the organisation of first aid structures.

Qualification: You fulfil the requirements of Section 7 of the Labour Safety Act (ASiG) and have recognised training as a specialist in occupational safety (FaSi / Sifa). Basis: A completed training as a technician, master or an engineering degree is your technical foundation. Experience: Ideally, you can bring professional experience in occupational safety – in the educational sector or in industries with a strong public transport and workshop. Soft Skills: You have a safe, empathic appearance, enforcing ability and the ability to communicate complex safety regulations in a practical and comprehensible manner. Mobility: You enjoy the support of various locations in Berlin and Brandenburg (Guide for Class B).
