Central respondent for structured complaints from participants and their inclusion and processing Ensuring a transparent and comprehensible appeal procedure Examination, documentation and coordination of the processing of complaints in consultation with the relevant departments Analysis of recurring complaint patterns and derivation of potential for improvement for measures and processes Close cooperation with the social education support for early detection and prevention of complaints Participation and further development of complaint processes and quality standards Creation and evaluation of reports for management and quality management

Completed commercial or educational training with further education in quality management Experience in dealing with conflict or complaint situations, ideally in the social or rehabilitative context Ability to neutral, objective and structured processing of sensitive issues Representative communication and communication skills High capacity for conflict and deescalation Team capability and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation discretion, neutrality and professional handling of sensitive information
