Product management determines the strategic orientation of our product portfolio “Heavy Tracked Vehicles”, ensures the economic sustainability of our product lines and works in a matrix organization with our sales and project processing teams (project managers, engineering, purchasing, operations). The tasks are: As a “technical head” of our product management team to capture the operational and tactical requirements of our customers on heavy chain vehicles (Panther, Buffalo, Kodiak, PHz2000) to collect customer opinions and translate them into understandable customer requirements for the RLS organization Coaching colleagues in product management methods (Concept of Use, Roadmaps, Standard Battle Days, etc.) systematically establish the links between market requirements, innovation roadmap and commercial objectives to give ideas for the further development of the portfolio to answer our platform strategy “Common Base” to advise various internal interfaces, e.g. sales, development, purchasing, service

Successfully completed master's degree in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline Funded knowledge in methods of product management, in particular in methods for detecting customer needs Secure handling of PowerPoint and Excel as well as the ability to summarize complex information in management presentations Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and stakeholder management skills across all hierarchical levels, departments and teams (written and oral) Structured, independent mode of operation characterized by high organizational capacity, resilience and pragmatism in the project everyday Structured, independent operation and high analytical and organizational capability Ready for business trips
