What you expect Managing Group Reporting – Support Management You take responsibility for the implementation and further development of the monthly financial and non-financial group reporting and management reporting, thereby ensuring a sound information base for corporate decisions Coordinating planning and analysis – shaping the future You coordinate and conduct independent planning, forecasts and scenario analyses and thus support the Group's strategic orientation Editing special tasks and ad hoc analyses – show flexibility You carry out ad-hoc analyses and special business tasks and provide resilient decision bases for management Developing control tools – optimizing processes You actively promote the further development of controlling instruments and processes, particularly in the field of analysis, reporting and performance control, and contribute to the design and maintenance of corporate policies Support investment and M&A processes – enable growth You accompany investment and M&A processes and ensure a successful outcome with your know-how Managing Financial Projects – Creating Innovation As project manager*in or Project members are involved in group-wide financial projects, e.g. in the digitization of business processes and the design and implementation of new processes and systems

What you bring Solid qualification in controlling environment You have completed economic studies with a focus on controlling / accounting / finance or a comparable qualification Comprehensive professional experience You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally for a listed company in machine and plant engineering Analytical Thinking Power & Methodology Competence You convince with their high number affinity and very good understanding of controlling processes and systems, complemented by pronounced analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working Team spirit and service orientation Teamability, sense of responsibility and a high customer and service orientation Communication strength & entrepreneurial thinking You show their own initiative, act entrepreneurially and communicate convincingly – also at C levels Project management & IT expertise You have a proven project management expertise and secure handling of MS Office and consolidation software. Knowledge of Oracle HFM and SAC as well as SAP CO are beneficial Language skills You control German and English in word and writing
