As an edger for bending presses (m/w/d), you can design, service and align CNC presses and implement technical drawings and work plans.

Self-adjusting, brushing and operating of CNC presses Reading and implementing technical drawings and work plans Selection and installation of the required tools (stamps and dies) Creation, adaptation and optimization of machine programs Precise edge and processing of sheet metal parts according to customer and manufacturing requirements Implementation of measurement and quality controls as well as corrections to machine and program Marking, documentation and recording of production and material data Maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of machines in compliance with all safety and quality standards

Vocational training in the field of metal, e.g. industrial mechanic, construction mechanic etc. Experience and knowledge in the field of CNC machining Safe handling of technical drawings, tolerances and measuring devices Self-employed, reliable, safe and quality-conscious operation Ready to work in 2 layers (early: 5:00–13:30 / late: 13:30–22:00) Desirable: Crane and forklift certificate (can also be retrieved)
