You will structure, plan, control and conduct large-scale projects in a strategic way, from the presentation to your project team, to the benefit tracking after project completion You are responsible for the ongoing communication with your project team, IT, other stakeholders and management bodies You present workshops, voting and regulation dates, and present their detailed arrangements and regulations. In addition to the follow-up to the results, it is clear that: You are actively introducing sound project management methods into your projects and developing their implementation in the team You control your projects fully through the project management tool ''Planisware Enterprise'' and pay attention to the updating and quality of the project data Within the Group-wide project management community, you actively and take over tasks in the field of mentoring and coaching

You have a successful degree in the field of business/insurance/insurance/insurance/insurance/insurance/university You have an industry-created project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level B or comparable), which demonstrates both your functional knowledge of methods and your comprehensive practical experience. You have proven to have long-term experience in the management of large, strategically-released con­cerns with corresponding complexity. Business thinking, expressed customer orientation (CX) and a high degree of understanding shape your way of work You convince with outstanding capabilities in the fields of organization, conflict management and communication at all hierarchical levels.
