As a CNC lathe (m/w/d) in the Lüneburger Heide, you can expect exciting tasks in a dynamic and future-oriented working environment. Their focus will be on setting up and operating modern CNC-controlled lathes, as well as ensuring the highest quality standards. They contribute to the optimization of production processes and take responsibility for the maintenance and maintenance of our machines. • They direct and operate CNC-controlled lathes independently.
• Monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes are your core tasks.
• They carry out quality checks of the workpieces according to technical specifications, including self-testing of the plant.
• The regular maintenance and maintenance of the machines (TPM) is your responsibility.
• Error analyses and their correction are your daily challenges.
• They work with ABB robots as well as SAP and BDE systems.

PREPARATIONS:

For this position we are looking for a motivated personality with a well-founded training and first experiences in the field of CNC technology and machining. They are characterized by a high degree of precision and self-responsibility and are ready to work in a multi-layered operation.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.

• Professional experience in the operation of CNC machines and robotics is advantageous.
• Safety in handling CNC controls and reading CNC programs.
• Finded knowledge in reading technical drawings and safe handling of conventional measuring instruments.
• They work precisely, independently and possess team and communication skills.
