Continuous further development of a cross-platform social media strategy Early detection of trends, new platforms and content formats Close cooperation with editors, video team and marketing Ensuring journalistic quality in language, brand and attitude Analysis and optimization of performance based on clearly defined KPIs and regular reporting Professional leadership and further development of the social media team Building efficient workflows and clear responsibilities Assessment of cooperation and platform partnerships Further development of social media as a relevant revenue channel

Multiannual experience in the social media environment – ideally with a publisher, a media brand or agency Deep understanding of popular platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit) Knowledge of content strategy, short video formats and data-driven performance analysis Strategic thinking with a strong operational hands-on mentality Feeling for content, trends and audiences Clear and binding communication with a solution-oriented attitude Efforts to decide, sense of responsibility and organisational skills Joy of innovation and a high level of learning in a fast-paced environment
