Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Quotation-Engineering team Control of an economical, timely and high-quality supply processing Creation and technical development of medium and low voltage supply Implementation of performance directories on Eaton products and transfer of Bid Management offers to customer solutions Technical planning, project clarification and development of customer-specific medium-voltage solutions Technical advice and presentation of solutions to customers and planners Support for order processing in cooperation with the works (including Hengelo, Ankara) Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and compliance requirements Development, motivation and further development of employees Ensuring efficient and correct administrative team processes

Complete technical training with multiannual experience in the field of technical sales services desirable First leadership experience is of advantage, but no need Experience in designing as well as offering and pricing of low voltage systems (medium voltage of advantage) Good technical understanding of the main components of low voltage systems; Knowledge of medium voltage desirable Experience in the implementation of performance directories as well as in the handling of single-line diagrams and schematics Secure handling of SAP R/3, CRM systems and MS Office Structured, independent and customer-oriented operation Teamability and a sovereign, binding and service-oriented occurrence Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High degree of independence and sense of responsibility readiness for occasional travel (approximately 10%, e.g. on international works)
