You maintain a number of commercial and technical departments on the HR side independently and across locations. You are contact partners (m/w/d) for executives in all HR-relevant measures and processes – from recruitment to employee development to the exit of employees and all employee management questions. You are responsible for the self-sufficient and legally secure implementation of all kinds of personnel. You work confidently and constructively with the employee representation and other internal bodies. You run HR and change management projects or cooperate with them.

You have a degree (Master / Diploma) of economics, law or social sciences, ideally with a focus on human resources, successfully completed or have a comparable qualification. (m/w/d) or in a similar position. You have a well-founded knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining and business law. You have very good English skills and are safe to handle SAP and MS Office. You are persuasive of sovereign entry, working independently and structuring and bringing social compensation as well as enforceability.
