Your future job:

You are a Supply Officer (m/w/d) for our customer Airbus Operations at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site.

Your tasks:

• Working at the New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Checking and ensuring order processing
• Obtaining and managing data related to order allocation in the ERP system
• Analysis of the delays and prioritization of the urgency depending on the requirements of the assembly lines and customer support
• Control of short-term and long-term operational action plans (delay in retrofitting, missing parts, improvement of logistics processes)
• Ensuring daily monitoring of supply chain performance (input, workshop areas, internal transport, shipping) and ensuring the solution of conflicts
• Cooperation with suppliers (from the distance or the supplier) and with transversal departments for implementing preventive and remedy measures
• Propulsion of return logistics processes (offers, return parts, subsequent expansion)
• Provide an overview of inventory and implementation of action plans with suppliers to control the utilisation
• Implementation of supplier evaluation and selection procedures and risk assessment
• Optimization and verification of supply chains
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, supply chain logistics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in disposition / material procurement, purchasing and supplier management
• Basic knowledge in project management
• Secure handling of SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
• Knowledge in French and Spanish
• readiness to travel
