Assistant to the Medical Director of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d)

The Central Institute for Mental Health stands for internationally outstanding research and groundbreaking treatment concepts in psychiatry and psychotherapy, child and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and addiction medicine. In the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the Child and Youth Age, we are looking for a lecturer (m/w/d) of the Medical Director of the Clinic and Deputy Director of the Central Institute of Mental Health, Prof. Dr. Tobias Banaschewski. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The job is limited to 2 years, with the option for further employment. The share of jobs is 50% with the possibility of increasing in combination with scientific or clinical activity (in the case of the corresponding qualifications).

Support of the Directorate for Organisational, Administrative and Scientific Tasks

Creation of reports, presentations and decision templates Coordination and support of projects and events at the institute’s internal and cross-center level, including the possibility of international networking

Participation in managing third-party funds in close cooperation with the central management team

Acquisition of versatile tasks at the interface of research, clinic, administration and politics with design space for your own ideas and initiatives

Active participation in the further development of internal structures and processes as well as the introduction of own suggestions for improvement to optimize workflows

Complete university studies or a comparable qualification in a subject area relevant to the central institute (e.g. life science, medicine or psychology)

Ideally, first professional experience in science management, in the clinic organization or in related areas

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Embossed initiative, flexibility and joy in varied tasks

Friendly, sovereign appearance as well as pronounced team skills in different work constellations

High organisational skills and pleasure in structuring workflows

Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
