Your duties

• independent processing of invoice receipt – examination, confirmation and forwarding
• settlement of payment transactions – including monitoring and management of payment transactions
• Conducting Account Setups – Ensuring the Correct Booking Processes
• Monitoring and implementation of dunning
• Participation in main and plant accounting – support for monthly and annual accounts
• Optimization of internal accounting processes

Your profile

• completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or equivalent
• Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with accounting software of advantage
• Structured, independent and accurate operation
• Communication strength and team skills
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing
