You acquire new real estate sales and purchase orders and identify potential customers. You create professional exhibits and presentations for real estate offers. You carry out object visits and accompany buyers and sellers to a mutual negotiation result. You help customers finance and manage real estate transactions. You are responsible for building and maintaining an extensive network of real estate contacts and cooperation partners. You observe the development of real estate prices and trends in the region.

You will inspire your interlocutors: both through customer-oriented and modern communication. have a strong sales and negotiation skills. show a high customer orientation and have a professional appearance. take customer appointments also outside our opening hours. have successfully completed a commercial training and extensive experience in sales. are very dedicated and motivated. have a pronounced service orientation and bring a high affinity for technology and digital topics. “networks” like and communicate well in word and writing. have an independent and structured operation. have a class B licence.
