As an IT administrator (m/w/d) second level support, you will bring experienced knowledge in Microsoft licensing and know each other with the server environments and Windows operating systems. In our dedicated team you will find a working environment where you can complete your expertise. As an IT administrator (m/w/d) Second Level Support, you take over the following tasks:

• First contact person within the 1st/2nd level support and responsible for smooth IT operation

• Support for installation, configuration and support of client systems (Notebooks, PCs, printers, ThinClients and smartphones)

• Network infrastructure support at the external sites

• Support for central IT systems such as virus protection/security, backup, monitoring, Citrix arm and M365 cloud

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our knowledge base and short instructions for end users

• Complete IT vocational training or studies in the IT field
