Senior Reporter Internal Communications (m/f/d)

As part of corporate communication, you will prepare topics for our employees in a clear and appealing manner. You are responsible for the channels of internal communication and always develop them. For example, the project management for the introduction of a new communication tool or the revision of the intranet are also with you. Whether it's articles, newsletters, texts, podcasts, videos or graphics – you develop and promote convincing content that inspires and achieves our diverse audiences You master the craftsmanship of the Storytelling and also convey complex topics in a comprehensible and inspiring way. You actively support our management and our departments to optimally place their messages and choose the appropriate communication formats You also take the editorial and organizational responsibility for our employee newspaper

Successfully completed studies in the field of communication, media, journalism or humanities Multiannual professional experience in the field of (internal) communication on the company side Embossed competence and joy in writing Responsible work in the central communication team Fun also on organizational tasks as well as careful and structured functioning Ability to master different situations with a powerful, diplomatic and binding manner Ensure handling of the MS Office applications and possibly also smaller image adaptations, e.g. In canvas or photoshop
