You ensure the module support of the SAP module oscare® private customer management and ensure optimal adaptation, support and further development of our systems. For this purpose, you are responsible, among other things, for the following spa areas: presentation of periods of notification, registration procedures for the exchange of health insurance funds (KWR), supply data and payment points from pensions, registration procedures of pensioners (KVdR). You advise specialist areas and users on content, functions and master data structures and support the implementation of individual requirements (product configuration/customizing). You act as an important link between the strategic areas of AOK Lower Saxony and the IT service provider (computer center). Your tasks include analyzing and correcting problems, disturbances and vulnerabilities as part of the 2nd and 3rd level support as well as creating error messages to the SAP service provider. You plan and coordinate cross-disciplinary workflows, document solutions for all support levels and ensure the quality of the applications. In addition, check new or modified requirements for feasibility and impact on existing processes, systems and guidelines.

You have a completed (special) degree in computer science or a comparable degree course. Alternatively, you have a completed training as a specialist informant or a comparable training with at least 2-year relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have experiences with SAP oscare® implementation projects as well as the customizing and testing of SAP products. You communicate safely in German (at least C1) and can represent complex technical facts in a comprehensible manner.
