In the aid department, the position of the Deputy Head of Division will shortly be vacant due to retirement. This is associated with the management of a team with various cross-sectional tasks, such as the further development of the IT specialist applications and the optimization of the processes and the supervision of the department's reporting system. Due to their particular importance, the place is not suitable for part-time.

In addition to the management of the department manager, the area of responsibility essentially includes the management of a team with diverse tasks. The NVK consistently advances the digitization of the administration. Many progress has been made in the area of aid, such as the introduction of the aid app. Further modernisations such as an increasingly automated application processing are being implemented. All this offers the opportunity to effectively counter increasing numbers of applications despite the lack of skilled workers. The qualification for the first entry office of category 2 of the General Services career is a prerequisite for the performance of the workplace by completing it as a “Diplom Verwaltungswirt/in (FH)”, “Diplom Verwaltungsbetriebswirt/in (FH)” or by completing a degree course of public administration (e.g. Bachelor or 1st Legal State Examination). Alternatively, the qualification may have been acquired by successful participation in the Administrative Examination II (former Employee Examination II).
