Senior Consultant / Management Consultant – Business Consulting (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant / Consultant (m/w/d), you will support medium-sized companies in business and strategic issues. You analyze business models and company key figures, identify development potentials and develop sustainable solutions for a successful future together with our customers. You work independently in diverse projects and actively contribute your experience to our interdisciplinary team of consultants.

You advise medium-sized companies comprehensively on business issues and develop sustainable solutions to increase corporate performance You analyze company numbers, business models and processes and identify optimization potentials in the areas of corporate governance, organisation, controlling and finance You are responsible for consulting projects and assist our customers in implementing strategic and operational measures You create business analysis, business planning, liquidity and investment calculations as well as meaningful management reports You develop and implement control and controlling instruments for the sustainable improvement of business development You act as a savings partner for entrepreneurs and executives in economic decision-making processes You support corporate assessments, restructuring and growth projects and the development of future-oriented strategies You continue to expand existing customer relationships and support new consulting projects You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our consulting approaches and internal processes

Successfully completed studies of business management, economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in consulting, auditing, controlling or in a comparable business function Knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, controlling, finance and business planning Impressed analytical skills and a deep understanding of business relationships Experience in the independent implementation and control of consulting projects Safe and convincing appearance in dealing with entrepreneurs, managers and executives High customer orientation, communication strength and consulting competence Readiness for customer appointments in Germany and Austria
