Production Engineer - Electronics / Work Preparation (m/f/d)

You will ensure product quality from the start by conducting DFM analyses and feasibility tests and evaluating the technical feasibility of new designs. As a driving force in the introduction of new products (NPI), you successfully convert them into series production and coordinate all technical interfaces. You create and optimize work plans as well as production documents, for example with SITMA, and thus continuously develop the processes in work preparation. You design and improve testing strategies for our SMT and THT processes to guarantee our high quality standards. In close cooperation with production, purchasing, sales and quality, you identify potentials and actively contribute to improving the entire process chain.

You have a technical training, are technician:in or have completed a degree in electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics. You bring several years of experience in electronics production, ideally in the EMS sector as well as in work preparation or in the NPI. You have good knowledge of SMT, THT and test processes. You work structured, solution-oriented and take responsibility as a strong communication personality. You are fluent in German (C1) in order to coordinate yourself smoothly in the team and with partners.
