Control, coordination and monitoring of the construction design for rehabilitation projects in infrastructure construction, for example on bridges, tunnels, underground garages and other engineering structures, taking into account dates, quality, costs and occupational and health protection Coordination of personnel, materials, machinery and equipment, as well as control of contractors and suppliers Creation of scales and support of costing and billing during project execution Detection, documentation and follow-up of contract deviations and participation in follow-up management Management of project-related correspondence with contracting entities, subcontractors and suppliers, in particular contract-relevant correspondence according to VOB Compilation of project-related documentation and coordination with contractors, specialist planners, subcontractors and internal project participants to ensure a smooth construction process

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification Professional experience in the construction management of refurbishment projects, ideally in the field of construction or concrete repair Embossed technical understanding and basic commercial knowledge SIVV-Schein or a comparable qualification in the field of concrete repair Ready to travel for use on our construction sites in the project business Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with RIB iTWO
