Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the payment group 9c; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment. What we want you to do: You have a training as a banker (m/w/d), supplemented by a further qualification, for example as a savings bank or banking business manager: in or a comparable bank-level qualification, and have experience in credit business – preferably in the care of regional business customers. You convince with sales strength, strong communication skills and a sovereign and open appearance and understand how to convey your bank expertise in a comprehensible and inspiring way. You are interested in financial and digital topics and trends, are familiar with our region and face new challenges with openness and willingness to learn, in order to continuously develop yourself.
