Tasks You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of over 20 employees. You are responsible for the smooth production process in the confectionery/bakery. You optimize workflows, production processes and resource planning and ensure efficient organization. You ensure compliance with defined production quantities and consistently high product quality. In addition, you are actively involved in the further development of the range and product development. You are responsible for compliance with all quality, safety and hygiene standards, in particular within the framework of the HACCP guidelines. Requirements You have completed training as a baker or confectioner, ideally with successfully completed master exam. You have several years of experience in confectionery or bakery and ideally have first leadership experience. You are characterized by leadership, readiness for training and a high motivation to take responsibility. Their work is innovative, precise and targeted. A pronounced sense of quality and hygiene is obvious to you. You think entrepreneurial, act in a solution-oriented manner and possess enforcement and conflict resolution competence.
