Payroll Clerk - DATEV / Human Resources (m/f/d)

You create precise and timely monthly salary and wage bills for employees and professional employees in DATEV You manage and maintain time recording software and electronic access control You carry out the personnel administration from entry to exit and conduct the electronic personnel file You work with digitalization and process design You communicate with authorities, financial offices and social security institutions You are the point of contact for employees with questions on pay billing and work in the preparation of reports, statistics and evaluations

You have completed commercial training and have at least 2 years of professional experience in payroll accounting. In dealing with DATEV and MS Office, you are versed and have a well-founded knowledge of the labour, social security and tax law. A self-contained, precise and reliable way of working is just as good as your high number affinity. As a service-oriented and communication-strong personality, you are a competent contact point for our employees. You bring knowledge of German (C1) in word and writing.
