At the next time we are looking for a HR manager (m/w/d) for a work in the Düsseldorf / Wuppertal/Solingen region. In this key function, you run a team of two employees, answer strategic personnel management and continuously develop HR. With your team, you are the first contact person for employees at the location around and around all HR relevant questions, are in close cooperation with the management, the works council and the international interfaces.

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team (2 MA) They advise and support management and employees in all HR relevant issues Supporting the entire HR lifecycle from personnel planning to recruiting, onboarding, employee integration to offboarding They proactively implement the operational HR processes in compliance with the applicable labour and tariff regulations and existing operating agreements They develop and accompany internal personnel development processes They work closely with international colleagues, management and the works council

They have a successfully completed economic study with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification They have several years of experience in a senior position in HR, ideally within a manufacturing industrial company They have expertise in the fields of labour law, wage tax law, social security law, collective bargaining and experience in cooperation with works councils You convince by your pronounced communication strength, your sovereign appearance and your ability to act solution-oriented even in complex situations Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
