Release Manager – DevOps (w/m/d) in full time in Neuss

The area We welcome you to a powerful and cross-functional team. Under the leitmotif ''protect & mediate' we provide an innovative demand management system. We want to move something together; With the help of the latest technologies and agile development methods, we create innovative solutions to keep credit reform in the area of debt management a top priority.

Our system landscape:

Kubernetes-based messaging platform

About 300 instances of an individualized standard solution (Ferber IKAROS)

Other systems such as a debtor portal

These are your tasks: Planning, control and coordination of releases, patches and deployments across all environments (test, integration, production)

coordination of release content and appointments with our software manufacturer and control of external service providers

Close cooperation with our DevOps teams in deployments, tracking and coordination of bug fixes

Communication of planned releases and installations to internal teams and customer organisations

Participation in the further development and optimization of our CI/CD and automation processes

Support for disruptions in production environments as well as structured analysis and handover to manufacturers or development

Coordination of cross-team requests and control of service and automation orders from customer tickets

Working in 3rd level support for our core applications

That's what makes you: Complete study in the STEM field or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in the IT environment, ideally in release management, DevOps or in software development

Good knowledge of ITIL Framework (Foundation or comparable advantage)

Experience in collaboration with DevOps teams and ideally with CI/CD pipelines

Safe handling of tools like Jira and Confluence

Structured, reliable operation and the ability to control several topics in parallel

Impressed communication skills in the technical and technical environment

Good knowledge of German for cooperation with internal stakeholders and customers
