We do this “end-to-end” in cross-member teams, user-centred and based on modern technologies. We are looking for new talents that share our passion for digital administration, Gov-Tech, user centering, agile work and the digitalization of processes. Together, we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and, for example, to establish the “customer portal” or the “new normal” application.

Technical, personnel and organizational management of the team with direct line of report to the management of the online agency, including personnel acquisition, development and planning Responsibility for central organizational and administrative tasks such as schedule, budget planning, contract management and procurement processes Control and support of digital product development in the product teams to ensure quality and legal compliance, including requirements assessments, effort estimates and performance transparency to stakeholders, bodies and executives Advising the management of the online agency as well as other executives, including presentations and decision-making documents, facilitating workshops and carrying out trainings and lectures Responsibility for the Digital Operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the online agency, including process, request, release and fault management, IT administration, Helpdesk and Scrum mastership

A successfully completed scientific higher education (master or diploma university or similar) in an economic, natural, legal, administrative, technical or comparable field You have many years of professional experience in IT/digitalisation management (for example private business, public sector or consulting) First detectable leadership experience is desirable Sovereigns and professional appearance, communication skills and experience in dealing with popular tools (MS Office, ideally Confluence / Jira etc.) complete your profile
