For our Würzburg office we are looking for an architect (m/w/d) who actively shapes our vision of a future-oriented building for the region. The tasks in detail: Creating project documents: Creating project designs, visualizations, approval and execution plans Coordination of planning services: coordination and integration of all planning services of the participating specialist planners and integration of the production areas Editing works applications: independent creation and submission of works applications Conducting votes: Close cooperation with our branches and coordination with clients, offices, authorities and specialist planners Technical clarifications: Technical clarification with sales engineers, construction managers, contractors and external architects Implementation of model-based planning: model and database-oriented processing based on the REVIT CAD tool or corresponding applications according to the GOLDBECK-BIM strategy

Successfully completed studies of architecture You have already gained professional experience in the property planning of office and commercial properties or residential properties Ideally very good knowledge of the planning software Autodesk Revit Very good knowledge of German in word and writing You are an architect (m/w/d) of passion and it makes you happy to develop your ideas and realize them
