Then get yourself in: You actively shape IT processes: You take responsibility for building, developing and optimising our IT service management processes according to ITIL standards. You are actively involved in the design and implementation of central IT processes, especially on the ITSM platform Matrix42. You introduce your know-how: You play an active role in aligning and implementing key IT processes and bringing your know-how in a targeted manner. Its focus is particularly on change management, problem management, configuration management (CMDB), IT service catalog management and contract portfolio management. You provide clarity and structure: In the team, you develop and implement new IT processes, ensure the up-to-date and completeness of all process documentation, guidelines and work instructions and ensure compliance with internal requirements as well as external compliance and regulatory requirements. You provide your knowledge in a practical way: You design training and workshops and carry out them in order to enable employees to use IT processes and tools safely and effectively. Your expertise is in the field of IT service management: You define and optimize interfaces between different IT processes and departments and ensure that You are seamlessly integrated into the overall structure of the organization. In addition, analyze the effectiveness of processes using relevant KPIs and manage optimization potentials.

Education: You will have a completed study of (economic) informatics, a comparable training or bring several years of professional experience in the ITSM environment, ideally with responsibility for ITIL processes.

Experience: You have well-founded experience with the technical and organizational processes within a larger IT organization – especially in the definition, design and optimization of processes according to ITIL as well as their interfaces. You have first experience in organizing and conducting trainings and workshops on IT processes and IT tools. In addition, you have experience in process modeling, ideally with BPMN. Knowledge: You have well-founded knowledge of ITIL (ideally certified, ITIL Foundation or higher) and have knowledge with Matrix42 or comparable IT service management solutions – especially in the design and implementation of IT service processes. Their knowledge of German lies on at least C1 level in word and writing.
