Creation of repair offers based on service reports Examination of incoming orders, appointment and creation of order confirmations Preparation of orders including material procurement and installation of service orders Acceptance of malfunctions and technical support for service technicians and customers Creation and tracking of error reports Development and construction management in small plant construction Representation of tenders for split plants

Completed training as a mechatronic (m/w/d) for refrigeration technology, ideally complemented by a further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) Commercial experience in costing and supply creation Safe handling of MS Office Basic knowledge of SAP Impressed communication strength and team capacity Self-employed and customer-oriented work Safe occurrence and enforcement
