Digitalization is not a foreign word for you: you conceptualize, model and implement business processes in the areas of HR and identity management and never lose sight of it. Enthusiasm for projects: In cooperation with international projects (e.g. the introduction of an IAM system, the introduction of a Learning Management System and the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors), you will bring innovative ideas, analyze the needs and wishes of the specialist areas and implement them with IT-based solutions. In the middle of it, instead of simply: You are the interface between specialist and external IT service providers and ensure optimal communication and control between the parties. Progress and further development: You independently identify optimization potentials based on the latest IT trends and establish them in the diverse business areas. Not only look, but also take a look: with your hands-on mentality, you drive projects independently and close them on time. Communication is the A and O: You moderate workshops, perform training and also meet the right sound in difficult situations.

Study of Computer Science or Economics, as an alternative IT or commercial training, with additional qualification Process and project affinity, experience with process tools and/or project management Ideally knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Identity and Access Management systems IT-technical understanding and experience with interfaces and system integrations Communication skills and moderation capabilities are used convincingly.
