Acquisition and Priority of IT Support Requests by Phone, Email and Ticket System Error analysis and fixation for hardware, software and networks as part of onsite support User support in the use of IT systems and applications Care and documentation of support requests in the ticket system Set up and manage user accounts and permissions Repair of malfunctions and processing of service requirements Training and awareness of our employees on IT security

Complete training as a specialist system integration or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience Expertise in the Microsoft client and server operating systems High quality, data protection and IT security awareness Impressed service orientation, self-responsibility and reliability, high social competence and real team capability Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
