For our IT Systems & Infrastructure department at our site in Essen we are looking for the next time:

Projektmanager (m/w/d) You manage the IT project portfolio, plan and manage IT projects and take over the BGZ's requirement and stakeholder management To do this, you act as a (partial) project manager for innovative digitization projects and accompany processes, applications and systems from planning to implementation to transfer to IT operation in close coordination with the CDO You ensure IT security, compliance and technical standardization in the project sequence To improve efficiency, establish reporting and controlling mechanisms for management and promote the efficiency and quality of the project

Successfully completed training in the IT field as well as several years of professional experience in project and request management with strong IT reference or in digitization projects You have a sound knowledge of building and maintaining an IT project portfolio and – ideally – an IT product portfolio The common methods and tools of agile project management are applied to you routined and safe As a strong Communicatorin, all stakeholders are involved in ongoing project steps Own-responsible work, analytical thinking and a high target orientation are important properties for you
