Technical Document Management (Thinkproject & SharePoint) Management and maintenance of project documentation in Thinkproject (central platform for asset and project data) Structure and organization of documents in the SharePoint environment Ensuring: Versioning Appreciable revision-proof storage

Data management & system allocation Linking of technical installations Documents and drawings Serial numbers / type plates

Maintenance and quality assurance of project data within the platform Project support Support of the project management in: Status tracking Coordination of document flows

Interface function between: Engineering Construction site Project management

Working with Thinkproject (core role) Use of Thinkproject as a central data and information platform Support along the entire life cycle of infrastructure projects (“Built Assets”) Ensure that: Project teams have access to current data at any time to be able to make informed decisions based on correct information Processes efficient and transparent

First experience in data collection or in a technical environment of advantage Cross-catchers are welcome Careful, structured and reliable operation Self-working according to clear specifications Basic technical understanding Safe handling of smartphone and PC Good German knowledge
