We are new housing in the Kiez, a recognized free carrier of youth assistance with over 35 years of experience. Our work focuses on education, caring for housing, open youth and family work as well as professional orientation and qualification. The family-therapeutic group of meanders is aimed at young people aged 14 and over who, for different reasons, cannot currently live in their families and have a special need for support as a result of stressful life events.

We are a multi-professional team of educators, social educators and family therapists. We attach great importance to a culture of appreciation and intensive exchange and cooperation. We need a strong team. On March 15th, 2026 we are looking for you!

You help young people build a daily structure and promote their everyday skills and social skills. Cooperation with the caregivers is a central feature of our work. In addition to the therapeutic setting, we also organize family afternoons or parent evenings.

You are a state-approved educator*in or have a comparable professional qualification recognised in the field. They're ready to work in shiftwork. You possess a healthy enforcement capability, are empathic and have pronounced communication skills. Our team particularly appreciates authenticity, clarity, reliability and fun at work.
