In close cooperation with our strategic business partners, we are shaping staff work for senior executives and thus making a direct contribution to effective management and corporate success. Our work begins with the selection and extends through the trusted accompaniment to the targeted development of leadership personalities. This helps us to make leadership even more effective every day. As a working student*in you become part of a small but powerful team and gain comprehensive insights into strategic HR topics – close to decision-makers and with real impact. These challenges include: Support in operational personnel management and administrative and organisational tasks

Participation in the preparation, organization and preparation of central HR formats (e.g. OurPeopleConferences, Talent Talks, Workshops, Meetings)

Participation in decision documents for top management (e.g. presentations, analyses, reports)

Care, analysis and structured processing of HR data

Close cooperation with internal interfaces, in particular HR Business partners and departments

Acquisition of independent tasks as well as cooperation on personnel planning and management development projects

Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

First practical experience in the HR environment is desirable
