Construction Manager (Construction) (m/f/d)

Own-responsible building management: You take the technical and organizational preparation, processing and monitoring of our construction projects. Interface management: You coordinate the cooperation of our team on site as well as the coordination with partner companies (rooms, scaffolding, facade construction) and builders. Quality and appointment control: You make sure that all works are executed on time, economically and according to the current construction standards. Material & Resource Planning: Logistic preparation of construction sites, material disposition and monitoring of personnel use. Safety of work: You pay attention to the consistent compliance with the regulations on safety at work at construction sites.

What you should bring Qualification: A completed further education on the construction engineer (m/w/d), handicraft master (dachdecker/Zimmerer m/w/d), a study in the field of civil engineering or many years of experience as an experienced building manager in practice. Experience: Finded knowledge in the field of roofing, walling and sealing technology as well as in the reading of design plans. Competence: Enforcement skills, organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach. Communication: You are a team player with safe and friendly appearance to customers and employees. Mobility: Class B driving licence
