In your role as a working student*in Operational Purchasing, you take over the creation, processing and maintenance of procurement orders and work with SAP S/4 and SAP Ariba. You can check requirements under commercial terms and ensure compliance with the procurement law. You conduct market analyses as well as searches for suitable suppliers and evaluate their offers in terms of price, delivery time and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibility also includes the installation and maintenance of product and shopping master files. In this context, you also support data analysis and evaluation, including using MS Excel. In addition, you will take care of the master data management of creditors and article data in SAP. You are actively involved in projects, supported in the optimization of processes in operational purchasing and taking over various administrative activities.

You are an immatricated student*in in the field of BWL, economic engineering or a comparable discipline. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in purchasing or supply chain management. Analytical thinking and a pronounced IT affinity characterize you. In dealing with MS Office applications, especially Excel, you are safe. You have fun doing tasks independently or in the team.
