You work closely with our customers' specialist departments and advise them on technical and process-related issues related to SAP HCM applications You implement application and module configurations (Customizing) according to the requirements You plan and accompany the migration to SAP S/4HANA in the HCM environment You develop programs and interfaces, optimize existing applications and support technical issues and process improvements You address personal SAP HCM applications with a focus on pay accounting (PY), time management (PT), personnel master data (PA) and organization management (OM) based on ECC 6.0 You actively promote the digitization and automation of HR processes in SAP HCM

You have completed a degree in Computer Science, a comparable training or a certification as SAP HCM Consultant and have over several years of professional experience in this field You bring profound knowledge in customizing in several of the following modules: pay billing (PY), time management (PT), personnel master data (PA), and organization management (OM) You are passionate about new technologies in the SAP environment You bring team spirit, initiative and joy to find clever solutions for complex requirements You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
