You take on your own responsibility the damage regulation on site for liability/material insurance in private, commercial and industrial business as well as office activities in the home office. To do this, you will take into account the damages and lead damage mitigation measures, even in the short term. You'll determine the amount of damage, the amount of damage and the compensation and regulate the damage within the scope of your powers. If necessary, you will also identify additional decision-relevant circumstances, including by contact with authorities. The negotiations with those involved in the damage process (e.g. insurers, brokers, lawyers) are also in your hands. In addition, you use and tax experts, sanators and other service providers. Last but not least, the investigation of regression opportunities and fraud detection is in your area of responsibility.

You can adjust yourself well to different people and situations, are customer- and solution-oriented and can negotiate well. A high sense of responsibility and good self-organization are also your personal strengths. From the technical background, we are open to: merchants/specialists for insurance and finance or business owners with several years of professional experience in liability or property damage. Handicraft masters, for example, the plumbing/heating, dry construction, painter/tile craft with experience in building renovation. Persons with technical and craftsmanship and several years of experience in the project management Water/Brandschadensanierung, the technical object service or in the building management.

A further qualification in the field of insurance/construction damage and experience in damage assessment are an additional plus. In addition to a broad construction and commercial and technical understanding, you are routined in MS Office as well as digital media. You live in the region of Münster / Rheine / Münsterland, have a driving licence class B and a temporarily increased work/travel sum (e.g. in case of major storm or flooding events) is not a problem for you.
