Soil Treatment Plant Operations Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the technical operation of a modern soil treatment plant including Workshop and design in a team of 4 colleagues: active sustainable material cycles – from the acceptance of the material to the recovery. Control the acceptance, processing and utilization of excavation and demolition materials and coordinate contact with authorities, disposers and certification bodies Monitoring the quality of materials and ensuring documentation for compliance with standards for replacement materials Approval and operating conditions and ensure compliance in daily business Create resources and prepare investments and provide key figures for control Professional leadership and qualification requirements and training

You have completed your studies in environmental engineering, circulatory engineering or civil engineering or a completed further qualification as a master:in / technician:in the field of circular and waste management. Ideally, you already have extensive practical experience in the field of excavation, demolition, soil treatment or waste management. Knowledge of regulations in the field of waste, hazardous goods and occupational safety (e.g. EBV, DepV, KrWG, eANV) or willingness to build up this short term Structured, solution-oriented operation combined with commercial understanding and high load capacity Hands-on mentality and flexibility from organization to operational support on the plant Enforcement, decision-making and at the same time an empathic leadership style driving licence class B
