In this position, you work in the front office of a customer-frequencyed office, which our customers personally visit on site. You are the first respondent in direct customer contact and represent our company in daily customer traffic.

Personal advice on site: You advise our customers in direct contact with the office on products, prices and tariffs – according to requirements, service-oriented and solution-focused.

Acceptance and processing of customer requests: You receive inquiries in personal customer contact and process these independently, e.g. Maintenance of customer data (main data)

Sales in personal conversation: You sell electricity and gas tariffs as well as energy-related products directly to our customers in the customer forum

First consultation on innovative energy topics: The initial consultation of modern and sustainable solutions (e.g. photovoltaics, electromobility) is one of your tasks and takes place in personal contact in the office

You have successfully completed a commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman w/m/d)

You can present a multi-year experience in customer support in direct contact

A high degree of customer and service orientation distinguishes you

You have sales talent with negotiation skills and final strength

Your knowledge of conversation and conflict management are good

Bring a valid class B driving permit
