Complete study of social education or social work or a comparable qualification Experience in working with people with mental illnesses or impairments is beneficial Empathy, patience and an appreciation of our client: Ability to intervene in crisis and deescalation Self-responsive and independent work and team skills Good documentation and organizational skills Class B driving licence
