Own-sponsored new conception and strategic further development of the POS appearance as well as the continuous optimization of internal processes for increasing efficiency Control and implementation of HR advertising and campaigns directly at the POS (e.g. personal search placement, vouchers for employees of the company, etc.) Interface management and coordination of land-specific POS requirements to ensure an accurate, international implementation of marketing activities and the independent control of our external service providers Strategic inventory monitoring, demand planning and purchasing of print products and promotional products taking into account global and local requirements Continuous analysis, testing and optimization of the advertising material used in terms of efficiency, cost-benefit ratio and modern POS trends

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) or completed studies (e.g. business management, trade management, marketing/communication) or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in commercial marketing or POS development Experience in dealing with international retail structures and coordination of land-specific features Previous knowledge in the field of digital signage (e.g. control of digital POS media, content management systems) First experiences and a high affinity in handling modern AI tools Special creativity in the new conception of advertising materials Impressed communication strength in German and English
