Senior System Engineer – Network Management Systems (m/w/d) from now and in full time in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Berlin, Bonn or Leipzig. Shared Service Operations (SSO) Operations Management and Governance (OMG) Application Operation (AO) is responsible for the operation of an automated process landscape necessary for the production processes in the BWI service lines. The AO Application 1 department operates the operating management systems, supporting procedures and tools of the Services Lines LAN, WLAN, WAN and Telephone (TK) /Mobilfunk (MF) / Collaboration. In addition, AO Application 1 is responsible for the operation and integration of service-specific IT solutions or SW procedures/applications of the LAN, WAN, WLAN, TK / MF / Collaboration departments on the basis of specifications within the scope of Service Design and Service Transition. As part of the operating order, AO Application 1 ensures that the IT Service Management processes to be carried out by the Service Lines are supported with the service-specific tools to achieve a high degree of automation, thus ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, the expert group is responsible for the design, selection, development, integration and implementation of testing of service-wide and complex IT solutions based on specifications within the framework of the service design valid in the BWI and for the technical advice of the affected areas with regard to IT technologies. .
