Senior Consultant Identity & Access Management - One Identity Manager (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Identity & Access Management you design and manage challenging IAM projects with a focus on one identity manager – from conception to architecture to successful implementation in complex IT landscapes. You take over the management and control of demanding IAM projects around One Identity Manager – from the first idea to the Go level. You develop and realize tailor-made solutions for our customers, analyze existing processes and shape future-oriented identity and authorization structures, often with SAP integration. With your know-how, you are Sparringspartner: at eye level – both for our customers and for our team. You bring your knowledge into workshops and training, support our team's professional development and document clearly and structured You are a contact person:in for our customers and make sure that projects run smoothly – from request intake to technical implementation. You also advise our customers on regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) and compliance issues. You present complex facts in a comprehensible and convince at management level.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, mathematics or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), ideally with One Identity Manager Knowledge of the architecture, integration and implementation of IAM solutions in complex IT landscapes Experience with directory services and enterprise systems (e.g. Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, Cloud) Knowledge of interface development and integration (e.g. REST, SCIM, SOAP) and programming experience (e.g. Java, .NET, PowerShell, SQL) Understanding central IAM concepts (provisioning, role models, governance, lifecycle processes) Outstanding analytical skills, self-initiative and strong communication and consulting skills Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe occurrence in customer contact Nice-to-have qualifications: Experience with MFA, PAM, API Management or Cloud IAM Knowledge of compliance and safety standards (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) or classic project management Certifications in the IAM or Security environment (e.g. CISSP, CISM, One Identity, Microsoft, SailPoint) Experience in the implementation of workshops, training or knowledge transfer
